This privately
owned apartment (complex completed Jan 2003) is situated on an elevated site
in a quiet picturesque area of Los Cristianos. There are various
supermarkets, restaurants & bars all within a few minutes walk of the
apartment. It is a 20 minute stroll down
to the beach and centre where you will find many more bars, restaurants and shops
to suit all tastes. The Heights
has a very relaxing atmosphere and does not suffer from late night noise
problems |

The complex has a large
sunbathing area with swimming pool, children's pool, toilets and cold
showers. Sun beds can be hired for a small charge. The pool bar with seating
area is open 7 days a week from 10a.m. until late and serves a wide range of
drinks, snacks and meals |
The apartment is on the 3rd
floor of Block A and comprises of one bedroom with a safe for your valuables.
There is also an upholstered sofa bed in the lounge, which makes up into two
single beds.
The Spacious lounge area with
large colour television and midi CD leads out onto a large sun-drenched
patio-terrace, from which there is a sea view. This area has patio table, chairs
and sun beds.

The fully fitted American
style kitchen provides everything you need for a self catering holiday
including microwave, toaster, kettle and iron. |

Cost of the apartment is
£199 per week for 1 / 2 people all year excluding Christmas and New
Year weeks, £100 per week extra. Two weeks for 1 / 2 people is £370 (this
includes a mid stay laundry change). Additional person £25 per week.
Additional laundry changes and airport transfers are available at extra charge.
